Based on your assessment results, we will recommend whether custom insoles make sense for you. If yes, the package includes:
- 5-year service plan
- Insoles replaced every 6 months to fit growth or lifestyle changes
- Ongoing adjustments based on how your feet respond
- Handmade production, quality-checked before delivery
- Designed with input from international orthotists

How long does the assessment take?
Between 20 and 30 minutes. You get the full session: 3D foot scan, gait observation, shoe check, and walking posture coaching. We do not rush it.
Do I still pay the assessment fee if I decide not to get custom insoles?
Yes. The fee covers the assessment itself. You walk away with clear insights about your foot structure and walking posture, whether or not you choose custom insoles. No pressure. No upsell.
How long does it take to receive custom insoles after ordering?
Typically two to three weeks. Each pair is handmade in Malaysia. We do not rush production because the fit depends on careful craftsmanship.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, and most major e-wallets. Credit card payment available at the Our store. WhatsApp us if you need a specific option.
Can I use KakiJoy insoles in all my shoes?
Most closed shoes with removable insoles work. Open sandals and high heels are not ideal for custom support. We will check your current shoes during assessment and advise on what works best.
